HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER

To become a member you can make as simple inquiry of your needs, you can fill out a simple inquiry form of your needs, and after we review you need, we will be able to call/email you a more exact pricing for your D2D membership. Our rates are listed below for D2D Membership, and non-members. Remember that all prices are not set in stone; the prices are based off your specific needs. D2D membership is custom tailored for onsite computer repair and telephone support. See price details below.

D2D Business Members **
20 Hours of on site repair a month /w free telephone support
$400 a month ($20 an hour)
10 Hours of on site repair a month /w free telephone support
$250 a month ($25 an hour)
5 Hours of onsite repair a month /w free telephone support
$150 a month ($30 an hour)

D2D SOHO Members **
15 Hours of on site repair a month /w free telephone support
$150 a month ($20 an hour)
10 Hours of on site repair a month /w free telephone support
$75 a month ($20 an hour)
5 Hours of on site repair a month /w free telephone support
$50 a month ($20 an hour)

**Time overages are billed at $30 an hour (only if you are a D2D member). Non-D2D members are currently billed at $40 an hour for standard computer repair problems, by 15 minutes increments (so you only pay for what you need).
