Q. Do I need to host my web page on your site if I get your Email Hosting Services?

A. No. You can have a MX record set up on your DNS name to forward all email to Door 2 Door Tech Solutions mail server.

Q. What if I currently already host my own email services, but I only want to have a shared address book, or have a backup in case my mail server goes down?

A. You can do all of that with Door 2 Door Tech Solutions mail server services. If your mail server supports a command structure called ETRN you can just have it send an ETRN command and all of your held emails will be forwarded delivered to your server once it is up and running.

Q. What about your servers. What if your systems go down where will my mail go then?

A. All of Door 2 Door Tech Solutions Mail Server services have backups in place for such circumstance in case a system outage.

Q. How much space will I get if I get an account, and how much will my space requirements cost me?

A. All of the space requirements are different for everyone's needs. We offer unlimited packages for flat rates. The only change in price for the unlimited accounts is how many account you would like to have attached to it.

Q. What if I have 500 email accounts that I need but I don't want to have to add them all over again and since they all reside on the DNS server.

A. Our mail server allows you to connect into any AD for Windows server and Apple Directory's. So you only need to make changes on the DNS server for your accounts.
